The table below contains information regarding multistate amicus curiae briefs filed by AGs at the U.S. Supreme Court from 1980 to the present. Note that this dataset includes only Supreme Court amicus briefs; the Lower Court Multistate Amicus Briefs Database is available here.

The dataset is organized by case, meaning that multiple AG briefs filed in the same case appear in the same entry. Clicking on each entry will provide additional information about each case, including a link to a PDF of the amicus brief(s) filed in the case. For completed cases, you can access the final court decision in the case by clicking the case citation.
